COLORADO GUITAR SHOW
VENDOR SPACE PRICING
10'x8' vendor space - $115 ($1.44 sq/ft)
One 8' table, Two chairs, Two vendor badges
20'x8' vendor space - $215 ($1.34 sq/ft)
  Two 8' tables, Four chairs, Three vendor badges
30'x8' vendor space - $315 ($1.31 sq/ft)
  Three 8' tables, Six chairs, Four vendor badges
The new venue is charging $35 per 5-amp outlet for electricity.
(This was negotiated down from $150)

Basic terms and conditions

Vendors load in 7:00am - 10:00am

Early bird shoppers will enter at 10:00am
So be mostly set up before 10:00am.

Tear-Down is 4:00pm. No early packing!

Guitar Show & Custom Luthier Magazine, The Colorado
Guitar Show, DMEvarts, LLC, Dana Cain Events
and the Crowne Plaza DIA Convention Center
will not liable for any injury or loss incurred
by attendees or exhibitors.

The Colorado Guitar Show reserves the right to cancel
vendor space registration and refund all fees if the exhibitor
is not an appropriate fit for the guitar show.

I understand that if the show date needs to be moved
due to any unforeseen circumstances, that my
registration will automatically transfer to the
new date unless I request a refund.
