Last year, vendors that used electricity
at their table(s), paid a $35.00 "access fee".
This year vendors will only
pay $15.00 to use electricity.
Vendors must bring their own extension
cords and power buss outlets.
Guitar Show and Legacy Campus
representatives will determine if unsafe cords
are being used and are to be disconnected.
Abbreviated terms and conditions
Vendors load in 8:00am - 10:00am
Shoppers will enter at 10:00am
So be set up before 10:00am.

The Colorado Guitar Show, DMEvarts, LLC,
and the Legacy Campus will not be liable for any
injury or losses incurred by
attendees or exhibitors.
The Colorado Guitar Show reserves the right to cancel
vendor registration and refund all fees if the exhibitor
is not an appropriate
fit for the guitar show.
Vendor understands that if the show date needs
to be moved due to any unforeseen circumstances,
that their registration will automatically transfer to
the new date unless a refund is requested.
